We meet with you and discuss your overall needs and objectives – “we want you to tell us your wish list” . Based on your needs, we prepare initial drawings and sketches that may include AutoCad drawings, 3-D renderings and/or hand sketches. We will also discuss with you your budget guidelines, as well as potential restrictions such as historic review, zoning rules, and any setback requirements. After receiving your approval of the drawings and design parameters, we will develop detailed working construction drawings consistent with your budget goals. We will solicit your feedback throughout the process in selecting final materials and finishes. Once the drawings are complete, we will provide you with a final itemized construction budget. The final step is implementing the design. We obtain all necessary permits and commence construction. We schedule regular interim meeting with you updating you on the progress as well as listening to any input from you.
