Commitment to Our Community & Our Environment
We respect our environment and recycle, reuse, and reduce our waste wherever and whenever we can. We do not use traditional demolitionpractices, in which debris is loaded into a container and makes its way to a landfill. Instead, we practice Deconstruction: We use third party contractors that remove debris from the job site and sort it in their facilities for recycling. We also implement waste reduction practices approved by the US Green Building Council’s LEED™ Program. During the construction process, we incorporate materials that contain recycled content, materials made from renewable resources, and materials containing low or No-VOC’s.
